Animals in Distress are always looking for permanent loving homes for a variety of domestic pets. It is the policy of the Charity never to turn away an animal in distress and never to have an animal put to sleep, unless on veterinary advice.
Some of the animals cared for at the Rescue Centre are not suitable for re-homing and therefore are candidates for sponsorship. All the money raised through this scheme will help towards the cost of keeping these animals at the Rescue Centre.
The sponsorship scheme gives individuals, groups and companies the chance to 'adopt' an animal and hopefully visit them at the Rescue Centre. The sponsor will receive a certificate with the history of 'their' animal and a photograph.
