The Animals in Distress Rescue Centre is clearly signposted off the Newton Abbot/Totnes Road (A381).
We always have lots of animals for re-homing – dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs, some of whom can be seen on our Pet Locator.

We are open seven days a week from 10.00 am until 4.00 pm (the only exceptions being Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day). Visitors are always welcome.

The sponsorship scheme gives individuals, groups & companies the chance to 'adopt' an animal & hopefully visit them at the Rescue Centre.

Interested in re-homing an animal & meet the basic criteria? Help bring happiness by providing a safe, loving & caring environment for them.

Becoming a volunteer looks great on CVs & is a good way to meet new people & to learn new skills.
